iTunes opens all by itself every few minutes

Every now and again iTunes just keeps reopening all by itself. I was running it fineon my PB G4 up until yesterday when i added a good number of albums to it. Now it just wont close and stay closed. I dont have any song sharing setup so it cant be anyone on the network commanding it to start. i just cant think what it could be.

Any help is much appreciated.
