It seems that a lot of people are upset about iTunes content or lack there of. I've already sent in 4 requests via the request and feedback form to be found in the upper left hand corner.
Just like the bug form in Safari, Apple wants to hear what we want. I'm sure that in a lot of cases the artists are waiting to see what the demand is before they commit themselves.
