iTunes restarting (once only) every quit

Every time I quit iTunes, it restarts, but only once.
Any suggetsions?
Worth reinstalling in some way?

Try these steps:

1. Open /Applications/Utilties/Disk Utility and 'Repair Permissions'.
2. Throw out the files /Your Hard Drive/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunes.plist & com.apple.iTunesHelper.plist.
3. Re-Launch iTunes, reset your personal preferences and then try to quit to see if the first two steps helped.
