iTunes won't burn CD.

I've updated the iTunes and I am running OSX 10.1.3 on my TiBook. iTunes will not let me burn a music cd. It used to be able to do this. I have isolated the issue to iTunes because I can use Roxio Toast to burn the same music CD no problems. Is there some kind of security check or something in iTunes that you have to disable before burning Music CDs? Any ideas what the problem is?
