OS X 10.2.8 - itunes 6.0 not working - restored permissions and done everything. Help! Any suggestions it stays in dock

You need to supply a bit more information than 'it doesn't work'.

If by 'it stays in dock' you mean when you click on it nothing happens, it doesn't even bounce, check to see you have access privileges to open that application.

There should be a 6.0.1 update in Software Update, btw.

If it's the videos not working for you, they won't. Videos require QT 7.0.3, which requires 10.3.9 or higher.
