iWeb importing

Hi everyone. I just reformatted my iMac G5 and had backed up everything first of course, or so I thought. I have the HTML files and everything that is produced by iWeb for a couple of sites but not the Domain.sites file.

Is there a way to import these sites back into iWeb?

Similar query - I have existing websites that I created in (Windows) Notepad. I want to import them into iWeb. The pages all contain php code, so TextEdit isn't the best choice.
