how do I do this? It's all updated, I have all the site files, except for the Domain file...

Can I edit the site? It's my own site, it's currently online, but how do I make iWeb recognise it?

If it's up now, you should be able to edit through your provider where it is being hosted. If you want to make changes in iweb itself you can open iweb up and add extra pages etc then upload it again.
