Hello All

Does anyone have an opinion as to which might be best for a Safari problem? Seems Safari takes a long , long time to close . I've repaired Permissions but it was suggested I clean the cache in addition to the other maintenance .

Indeed, try to clean cache (from the Safari menu). Also try resetting the whole program.
Reinstall is yor last option.
