I am a member of Apple's Developer Connection and I just assumed that I would be able to download the latest build of Jaguar through their download section of the developer website. I would love to help test it for bugs, I just dont know how to get involved. For those fortunate enough to be involved, how do they recieve the latest builds of Jaguar? Also, how do you become involved with Apple's beta tests?? Excuse my ignorance.

I think it has to do with your level in the ADC. The people who pay money to get the bigger packages are probably the ones who get the Pre-releases, but then I'm just guessing.

Yup, I think the most affordable way to get OS X builds is to sign up for an ADC Select membership. It costs $500 a year, I think.

$500 a year to test buggy software on your personal Mac, you actually pay Apple $500 to endanger your Mac(which aldready sent a buncha money that way)?
Who's paying for this?

Uhm, I don't think it's meant for customers, either ;)

It is, after all, the Apple Devolpers Connection. It's for developers to test their software on the new OS so they can work the bugs out before the release of said OS. That's my take on it at least.

Whats amazing is that Apple is so in tune to their customers. You would never see something like this w/ Micro$oft.
