Hi iam having trouble in loadin a web page that does hace ja content on it.
i always get this message

which it does appear when does not load the page i am triying to load.
how can i fix that?
i have mac osx 10.3.9., java update and java version 1.4.2._05 and latest safari build. it also happens with other web browsera
