Job time management? such a thing?

Hi, is there such a thing which can calculate how much time you spend on a job, i.e I am a designer and want to accurately monitor how much time I spend in say Dreamweaver or InDesign etc.

Any Ideas?

There's a doodad called Project Timer you can get from http://www.scriptsoftware.com/ priced at $20. Looks like there's some good options in it.

I use Times+ 1.2 downloaded from macupdate.com.
It isn't fancy, but effective.
