Judge in Apple-Apple Corps case owns iPod

Gee, if a fuss was made about it, they could ask if he's ever bought a Beatles album and to recuse himself if he did. Of course, finding a judge in that instance would be a little more difficult. I'd be more afraid if he owned a Rio.
 
Well, to be impartial, he could not bother listening to the case whilst chillin' out to The Beatles on his iPod :)

"The Apple Corps-versus-Apple case began yesterday in London's High Court with a typically British twist as Justice Edward Mann revealed himself an iPod owner.

Mann asked if he was disqualified from hearing the case because of his iPod ownership, to which Lord Grabiner QC, representing Apple, said: "I'm delighted to hear that – we would perhaps have sent you one for free if that would not have been improper," Bloomberg News reports."


haha ... i think the beatles need johnny cochran now
