Keeping desktop arrangement

I have my 30gig drive partitioned into 4 drives, OSX startup, 9.2.1 startup, swapdisk, and main drive. When I restart of wake up from sleep, they all shuffle around from the order I wanted them in. Any way you guys know to keep them from running around?
 
Try clicking on the desktop and going to the View->Show View Options menu. I have my desktop set to be kept arranged by name.
