Hi there
Been trying to solve this annoying issue where a Kerberos ticket keeps on getting over written by the domain ticket. I'll explain.
We have a team that works within our domain, but they sometimes connect to a server on a completely separate domain that requires different credentials. The problem is that out tries to use the original domain details to access the server which keeps on failing. The only work around is to delete the ticket within ticket viewer and then try to connect again. This time they are prompted with a user name and password box. They can enter the other domain credentials and everything is fine until they restart the machine or the ticket expires the next day.
Is there a way to force the server to prompt for user credentials regardless of what ticket is available in ticket viewer?
Thanks
