Kernal Panic on Ibook g4

Well I always read about them but I got the first message saying I needed to restart the computer it has not happend for a few hours is this something I need to worry about?
 
Kernel panics are usually caused by a hardware glitch.Might be time to run some diagnostics on your Ibook and se if anything is amiss.
 
Got to utilities> console .This contains a log of all abnormal activity.I use Tech Tool to scan for hardware problems.You might want to look thru some of the Mac download sites for a free utility that will do the same.
