Kernel Panic on PowerMac G4 (AGP Graphics)

I bought a Quicksilver G4/733 yesterday because I was sick and tired of all the problems I was having with the upgraded old G4 I used to use before that. I installed the Quicksilver with OS 9.2.2, copied all the data from the old 40 Gb drive and then proceeded to install the 120 Gb drive on the Quicksilver. (I found the Master/Slave settings and everything seems to work fine on that machine now.)

So I was left now with that upgraded G4, all taken into account still a somewhat decent machine. I swapped out some RAM into the G4 so the Quicksilver had most RAM (It now has 2x512 & 1x256) and the old Powermac has, erm, 2x64 and 1x256 (I think). The 256 is the one I plugged in latest.

So anyway, I set the HD to Master, installed OS X.3, let it run _all_ the upgrades it had to automatically while I was sleeping. When I woke up this morning to press restart the system just froze. I get a Kernel Panic within the first seconds of the booting.

Holding down Option to select start up drives with a bootable OS X CD inserted doesn't work.

Starting up the computer with "c" gives me the same problem ...

Edit: Took out the 256 Ram and got the same problem. Took out the 2 other Rams and put the 256 one in: got the same problen. Do I dare boot the computer with 64 Mb Ram in it? /shudder
