Kernel Panics

My 500 mhz PB is acting odd lately, experiencing kernel panics frequently and displaying the multi language "Please Restart Your Computer" Message. It mostly happens when the PB wakes from sleep, but has happened at other times. I recently installed a 512 ram chip. Running Tiger. My HD Failed completely last week, so I've also installed a new drive.

Anyway, I copied the Panic Log from the most recent crash, but I can't make anything of it.

Anyone know how to read one of these.....

Thanks bobw, I took it out and am trying to crash it with no luck....I think part of me didn't want to accept that I got a bad ram chip. It's actually running a little smoother and faster with only the 256 chip in it.
