Keyboard character problems

I am having a problem with my at sign (cant type it) and my question mark. I have repaired permissions but that did not help. It seems that my keyboard map is corrupted, is there a way to fix this
 
Do you have any haxies, system modifiers, or hot-key software installed (like QuicKeys)? Sometimes those programs muck with the keyboard, like the inability to type certain characters or letters.
 
what keyboard layout do you use? us? uk? australia etc?

what letters do you have difficulties with? do they have a name?
 
I was unable to use the @ sign or the ? mark key, I turned off Shapeshifter a Haxie from Unsanity and as you can see they work now. I will contact Unsanity support.
