My Dad has a Mac mini and has somehow switched the keyboard layout to something other than Australian / US format.
He has checked that only Australia and US is checked in the International Prefs> Input method but still he gets different characters than the keys he is pressing.
He has also checked the flag in the menu which lists only Australia and US.
Apparently all was working fine until he accidentally agreed to upgrade his Adobe Acrobat and then the keyboard went strange.
Dad is 75yo and 600kms away so I can't see the screen myself and frankly can't work out what is going on.
Help please!!
