Keyboard shortcut for Downloads window broken in Safari?

Maybe it's because I have a localized version...

The OPTION-APPLE-L for the Downloads window (called Téléchargements on mine, same keyboard equivalency) doesn't work; it just gives me a system beep as though I typed in a combination that doesn't exist.

Anyone else with the same problem?

PS I also have a Canadien-CSA (French) keyboard if that makes any difference...since many option-key equivalents exist for accents (but L is not one of them).

PPS This seems to be the only keyboard shortcut that doesn't work, since all the others, including the ones with OPTION (like OPTION-APPLE-V for source code) seem to work.
