keyboard spacing twice?

I am finding that when typing, say in this text box that hitting space will sometimes do it twice. I don't see a patter, either. I just notice that sometimes there are two spaces between words sometimes. Anyone else get this?

You aren't by chance using a Macally iKey keyboard are you? I am, and the early models have a BAD problem with double-typing characters if you're a fast typer...

Other than that, you may want to see if you're hitting the spacebar on the extreme left or right side pretty hard, which could cause it to "see-saw" in reflex and actually type two spaces...
