Keychain problem?

Just recently, (after not checking in on the OSX Server for a bit), a pop up message showed up stating that a that said it had been updated and asked if I wanted to change the keychain items to allow the new version access to the keychain. It also said the change is permanent. What exactly does this mean? Did the keychain access software auto-update or did someone possibly tamper with something in keychain? Thanks in advance for the help.
 
There is an auto-update feature in Tiger's keychain access, though YMMV with results from using it. What you are describing usually shows up after updates to OS X and is normal. Nothing unusual going on here. :)
