Ugh . . . tried Keychain First Aid, and maybe there's nothing I can do about this, but everytime I launch iChat, Keychain prompts me for my password, and whenever I send or receive mail using "Mail", it prompts me again. Everytime, and it's getting really annoying. Sorry if this is a repost.
 
Answer it "ALWAYS ALLOW" the application (of the alternatives 'always' 'once' 'never' it gives you)...

If you have set it to that already, maybe repairing the permissions could fix that.
