Keyspan USB server

I have recently recieved a keyspan USB server to share printers, scanners etc across our network. I followed all the installation instructions and attached it to our ethernet connection. All the lights are illuminating correctly so I know there is a connection working. However... when I launch the application the server does not appear in the dialogue box and a message appears reading <The US-4A driver has an invalid UDP port, please reset it.>
I have looked through the manual to figure this problem out, but would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks
