Killing classic (mac newbi question)

Ok, I've just finished watching a lecture in realplayer (I wish they came in quicktime) and now I'm finished with classic and I want my RAM back.

Normally, I go into tcsh, get the process id and kill it.

Is there a better way to close classic?
