Leopard and wireless mouse.

Do not use a wireless mouse to download Leopard. If you do the process will stall. On completion of the installation you will have to reestablish bluetooth contact with all your gadgets, including mighty mouse.

I used both wireless keyboard and might mouse, upon restart it recognized the mouse, but still hasn't recognized the keyboard at all. is there a fix?

If your keyboard is bluetooth controlled then open bluetooth abd get it to recognise th keyboard again
