I purchased one of those refurb eMacs and immediately stuck an LG GCC-4480B combo drive in there, 48x24x48x16x. It works great, except that OS X dosen't like it for disc burning or disc copy, though it works fine in Toast. I've seen fixes around for other LG combo drives of slower speeds. Does anyone know how to get this thing supported for disc burning, or should I just wait for the next OS X update?
