LimeWire not loading

LimeWire will not load. She was using program and then it
stopped loading. Her solution was to download LimeWire again
and install. No luck with that. Also can not get other P2P
filesharing programs to load after download and install.
 
Check with your ISP; many are blocking P2Ps now due to perceived excess bandwidth usage.

Totally bogus, IMHO, so, if you believe the same, bitch your head off to them and tell all your friends to do it too.
