Links Don't Work in Safari 4 Help Menu

When I go to the Help menu in Safari 4 and click on Safari Help, the
links for Navigate and Search, Privacy and Security, Saving Time and Solving Problems don't open. Neither do the links under Featured Topics.
This never happened in Safari 4. This is not the beta version, but the newest version. I am running Leopard 10.5.7 and have 2 gigs of memory and 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo on a MacBook.
 
Let's try the old Mac trick of deleting the preferences in the folder /Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.help.plist. See if that helps, good luck.
