lion has froze

hi
cant do anything with mac to unfreeze it, turned it off by power button n on again but all froze..what can i do/!!1 soo bad

While it is frozen see what time it froze then running open /Applications/Utilities/Console and see what it says (don't post the whole log, just a couple of lines near the frozen time).

froze sgain and cant really click on anytyhing just loads of windows appear from whats been on
