load balance the 2 network cards ???

Does anyone know how to load balance 2 network cards in OS X Server (Xserve dual 1 GHz running OS 10.2.3)? I have two cards in the Server, but when I have info coming off or going on to the Server, only on card is sending data.
 
Hrm.. Don't know what you're doing with the server, so I don't know if this is the sort of thing that would help you.

One thing people sometimes do is register two or more IP addresses with DNS hosts. When responding to queries, the DNS servers will rotate which IP address they give first, so client computers will on average query all the IP addresses about the same amount
