I have loaded the OS Leopard, Bootcamp and WindowsXP. However, I cannot figure out how to load the Windows Drivers. I have a separate disk for that. I do not have the Beta version of Bootcamp loaded. When I double click the Windows partition from Bootcamp, I get a black screen that says "error loading disk". Anyone know whats up or have suggestions?

Once you boot up in Windows XP, then just Insert your Leopard Install DVD and it will start installing the drivers. If Auto-Run is disabled, launched "setup.exe" on the DVD. Then choose the "repair" option.

Erh... You have a different disk for BootCamp drivers? Then it _is_ from the BootCamp beta. Any BootCamp 2.0 (Leopard) drivers so far only come on the original Leopard DVD. So you do the following:

Install Mac OS X 10.5.
Start BootCamp Assistant.
Partition the drive.
Install Windows XP.
Boot into Windows XP.
Enter the Leopard DVD.
Drivers are installed.

Hi,

I'm in vacation for a while and I don't have my Leopar
d DVD with me but I need absolutely to install Windows XP with Bootcamp. Everything worked well but I now need the drivers...does anybody knows where I could fin them or simply where I can find the actual models of the hardwares that need drivers (most importantly the ethernet) ?

That would allow me to go on the website of the manufacturers and download the drivers...

Otherwise I would have to pay $129 for another Leopard....and by the way what a poor service, I just spent $3 000 on a Macbook Pro and the guys at the Apple store wouldn't even lend me for a few minutes a Leopard DVD so that I can load my drivers...they said that they couldn't provide support for Windows XP...let's say that my first experience with a Mac is rather deceiving...

their corporate culture is more important than helping another human being it seems...
