I have a user who i think wants to use the help app but can't connect to the net. Is it possible to generate a profile, locate it, move it to another machine and email it? If so, where might the user find the file?
Didn't want to hassle Scott to much, but wanted to give the user an answer. I'm so swallowed up in tech geekery i hadn't even considered the 'analouge' printing option .
On a side note, the user asked about this because of the note asking them to use the system profiler on the question/nswer section, maybe if its not working we should temporarily remove that note?
