Locked PC files in trash will not delete!

I have some fonts in my trash that where copied over from a PC so I could burn a cd that will not delete. I tried getting info and it shows that they are locked but the option is grayed out and I cannot unlock them. Tried holding down option while empting trash... Nothing! I tried doing it through the terminal but to no avail. What next.

you probably don t have sufficient privileges to unlock the files.

You may need to drag them back out of the trash in order to unlock them.

I have the privleges and it will not let me drag them out of the trash. This is why I am so stumped.
