There are to things I'm trying to do,

1.) This is mostly for Safari :
I need a way to have a webpage (site) reload after a certain amount of time. Fregging site times me out when I am not done with it (like banking and a few others)! :(

2.)
I guess I'm looking for a widget for Konfabulator - a webcam widget where I can input any URL and have it reload after whatever I tell it to. The only thing I can find in the Konfabulator gallery are pre-defined sites.

Sure, if it opens the page you've got in mind when the frame opens. (Did you get that?)

I was thinking about that too; somehow I managed to keep over 160 threads active and "new" for several hours, including when I watched SNL (refresh during commercials).
