Looking for a "better" iCal that can do....

...repeats that are more complex than the standard iCal.

Specifically I need to be able to do repeats like "First Tuesday of every month".

iCal just works on the date number.

Also I would like it to link with iCal on the desktop for syncing. I've gone too far with iCal to abandon it now!
