looking for feedback on equinux's tracker

I need to log into my customer's HP3000 (and therefore into their network) from the road.
From what I found, the equinux product called Tracker fits the bill.

Has anyone used this product to get into a VPN (they use SonicWALL)?

I obviously want something basic, but able to get into their building. The IT guy there found this product. It looks good, but would like a "real" opinion.
