Looking for notes program with particular features

There are a zillion notes programs available but I'm looking for one that has several specific features:

1. A hotkey to open it up.
2. Ability to tag notes and sort by tags.
3. Ability to print.

I want to be able to quickly capture ideas while working and come back to them later. Any suggestions?

I Googled <mac notes app hotkey tags print>. As a result, you might want to take a look at SOHO Notes and Notae. Two more Mac note-taking apps I'm aware of off the top of my head are Circus Ponies Notebook and Evernote.

I have 2.0 of Circus Ponies. Looks like Notae might be the thing that works for me. I've downloaded it and will take a look. Thanks!
