Hi guys. My friend lost his admin password for his comp. i read on here that you can put in the os x install cd and boot off of it to rreset the password. The thing is, he already created a new user and now the old user is locked and the desktop is locked. I just need to be able to get some of his files off the old user desktop, so my question is, When you boot off the cd can you reset all passwords, or just the current users password? If its just the current user, how would i go about getting these files off the locked desktop?
