Lost disk space

I am losing a vast amount of disk space on a daily basis from logging into work server from home through Citrix software.
I can work online from home but it must be downloading info on hard drive somewhere.

Does anyone know where I can delete this information? I have lost about 4GB.

Or is it best to save what I can and re-install everything to original settings?
