Lost Personal Web Sharing! Can one install it seperately?

Hi,
I tried to setup a web server with personal web sharing and itools on my Lombard. It worked until I started the Mac again. After the reboot the Personal Web Sharing "Extension" disapeared. I was unable to aktivate it again. The checkbox in the sharing folder was grey and a text told me to reinstall personal web sharing from my OS X CD. But how can I managed this? I don't want to install the whole system again. Is it possible only to install a certain single package?

Pls help me, I have no ideas anymore to solve this Problem...
