My Epson printer utility 2.14 decided to stop working this week - something it's never done.
My Epson desktop printer (Stylus Photo 1280) is out of ink, but I can't access the utility to see whether I need to replace the black or color cartridge. I hate to toss both, as one may be only 1/2 empty and they're so dang expensive.
When I try to open the PU it crashes, and a window pops up saying 'the app quit unexpectedly'.
I've rebooted, but that didn't help. Not sure what else to do as this hasn't ever been a problem I had to deal with before.
