lower refresh rate in 10.1.5!

my screen's refresh rate used to be 85 and now it's cant go higher than 75Hz.This sucks! How do i uninstall 10.1.5??

btw i did uncheck "show modes recommended by display"
 
Weird...

When I opened the Display's Preferences Panel from the menubar icon it put the windows for both monitors on my 2nd monitor?

Also it shows my Apple 17 flat panel refresh as "n/a" and greyed out... (Or is that just because this is an LCD and I never noticed this before?)
