By error erase finder and help from my OS 9 program and ask me for a start up disk what should I do?

Dig out the OS9 CD that came with your Mac, pop it in the CD drive, and boot from it by holding the "C" button down while turning the computer on. This will let you reinstall OS 9.
 
Make sure you select perform clean install or you will have more problems.
