Hi, i am a new comer in this forum 
The problem is my computer sometimes makes some weird noises and freezes for a while in and out of the internet.
I went to restart the computer and it say's= Error:the underlying task reported failure on exit(-9972).
All of this on the installer screen/disk utility,that also say's that Macintosh HD needs to be repaired.
