mac & linux kvm switch

Has anybody ever used a KVM switch to share keyboard, mouse, monitor between a Mac and a Linux system?

I would like to set-up a KVM switch to connect a single keyboard, mouse, monitor to both my G4 powerbook and a Suse Linux desktop.

Any help, advice, or info about your experiences would be very much appreciated.

i've used one for my mac, and win xp box, but it should be same for you. i got this one here because it was usb and it is listed as mac compatible. even better is that it doen't require drivers or software. i did find that it works best with a pc usb keyboard.
