Mac Mail & Address Book

When I select a 'Group' from my Address Book to Mac Mail, the 'order' of the names displayed on the 'To' or 'Cc' or 'Bcc' line does NOT correspond with the 'order' of the Address Book list. Can these two be synchronized?

This issue is not unique to Mail or to the Mac. It is an annoyance. However, I am not aware of a "solution" to it.
