Hi,
We have two Macs and one Mac book pro attached to an Apple Time Capsule.
We use 'Mail' for our server. Yesterday both Macs stopped receiving incoming mail, we can still send (very slowly) but cannot receive. Next to the Inbox, there is a white circle with a grey triangle and an explanation mark. The macbook pro continues to receive mail.
If you click this icon, the following message appears:
There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account sarah@botanical-designs.asia or try again.
The server returned the error: The connection to the server mail.botanical-designs.asia on port 993 timed out.
There is no problem with the server, we checked it out so are baffled as to what has happened. We completed software updates for mail, and nothing, the problem continues.
Help would be greatly appreciated....
Thanks
