Mac Mail Junk filter

Can anyone help?

I use Mac Mail and particularly the Junk Mail filter. Is there any way that I can develop complex rules on conditions A, B, C and D say?

It seems that I can only have a single list of 'OR' or 'AND' such as 'A OR B OR C' or 'A AND B AND C'.

I could make up a very effective Junk Tool if I could set up a rule such as: 'A' OR 'B AND (C or D)' OR 'C AND D'.

Does anyone know a way of doing this?

does anyone know whether there is a junk mail filter that is customisable that will work in conjunction with OSX?

I get up to 100 spams per day and only about 40% are intercepted by Mail Junk Filter.

What does everyone else do about this problem?

As far as spam goes, the ones that slip though, i just select and hit the junk button in mail.app. Some days 15 slip though somedays only 1.
