Yes and no. It is possible to convert between some formats using QuickTime Pro, however RealMedia and WMA formats are both closed standards and as such are not supported under QuickTime (whereas MPEG, DiVX, AAC, and MOV are all mostly open formats, allowing third party developers to work with them). For audio files you can get around this by using Audio Hijack, but I don't know of a solution for video files.
